Sometimes, even when you feel like you might be able to do better, it is hard to know even what questions to ask. The F&I Excellence Program is a " soup-to-nuts" training program presented by Zoom or in-person, and which includes not just every step of achieving F&I Excellence (especially as measured by F&I Profit), it also includes systems and process tips, and key paperwork for maximizing profit. This program includes scripts, talk-tracks, and paper props that help the drive to maximum F&I Profit.
