Focused On Recreational Dealers - Maximizing F&I Profit, Minimizing Compliance Risk

Normally, our website posts, our emails, our LinkedIn posts, and other communications will officer the latest recreational industry updates, tips and techniques for improving F&I Profit and/or minimizing Compliance risk, and/or providing content that can help make your profit and compliance experience in your store better – this is not a normal day.


While not new to everyone, we are excited to announce the general availability of Shaw Consulting US, LLC to all recreational dealers. This is an exciting time!


All of our services are customized, or customizable, to meet the needs of the dealer. That said, we do offer some “standard” solutions – and even “standard” includes customized.


Our mission is to help dealers achieve F&I Profit in excess of 5% of unit sales and minimize dealer’s Compliance risk by providing complete training and all required documents so that, at a minimum, dealers are able to demonstrate a “good faith effort” in all areas of Compliance.


Among our offerings are:


·      F&I Training and Consulting - This is customized to meet the specific dealer requirements and is available in-person or over Zoom

·      F&I Manager / F&I Team Sourcing / Outsourcing – We can help you find the [ersom or people who can help drive maximum F&I Profit whether you want this to be an in-house function or outsourced

·      F&I Systems Support and Guidance – The systems (software and paper) as well as well-defined processes that are fully supported by and aligned with the systems

·      F&I Profit Excellence Program – This consists of a “soup to nuts” training program accompanied by samples of all required documents and paperwork. Again, this program can be delivered in-person or via Zoom – if delivered via Zoom, the initial training session will be recorded and made available to the dealer for training new/different personnel

·      Compliance Training and Consulting - This is customized to meet the specific dealer requirements and is available in-person or over Zoom

·      Comprehensive Compliance Training Program – Again, this consists of a “soup to nuts” training program accompanied by samples of all required documents and paperwork. Again, this program can be delivered in-person or via Zoom – if delivered via Zoom, the initial training session will be recorded and made available to the dealer for training new/different personnel

·      New Book – The Comprehensive Guide To Recreational F&I And Compliance – This book provides the complete set of all key training points for both F&I and Compliance. It also contains samples of and complete guidelines for preparing all Compliance documents (more to follow)

The Comprehensive Guide To Recreational F&I And Compliance will be available for general release in mid-May and will carry a list price of $49.98. Copies may be requested early and anyone who makes such a request will gat a special price of $24.99 when the book is released. An email coming out on April 17, 2023 will include the Book Cover, Table of Contents and Introduction. Pre-orders and/or requests for the Book Cover, Table of Contents and Introduction may be sent to newbook@shawconsultingus.com . For pre-orders, when the book is generally available, an invoice will be sent to the requestor for $24.99 and when paid, they will receive the book immediately.

Formally launched in early March 2023, Shaw Consulting US, LLC was co-founded by Myril Shaw and Margaret LaCagnina.
